At Globalvia Transmontana we are available 24 hours a day in case you intend to get or provide more information about the condition of the road and to assist users. The surveillance services do regular patrolling with the objective of verifying the conditions of conservations and circulation of the road and permanently inform the Centre of Traffic Management to whom they belong.

All vehicles are prepared to provide all kind of support in case of accident or malfunctioning.

In cases that supplies are provided, these will be charged, as well as the associated service fee and possible labour. If necessary, we also provide fuel, water, change tyres and provide the use of a booster to start the battery and we flag all malfunctioning vehicles until the respective tow truck arrives.

Thereby, we intend to answer with the greatest efficiency and speed to the several requests for help and support, ensuring coordination between operational means, in assistance and rescue, in case it is needed.

The interaction between the Traffic Control Centre and the users is, also, done through the SOSs throughout all the journey and the panels of variable messages in some relevant points.
