Globalvia, founded in 2007, is worldwide leader in management of infrastructures of transport with a unique strategy that is based in innovation, sustainability and efficient assets management, in order to create value for its stakeholders and develop and transform the society in general in all the 8 countries where it is settled: Spain, Portugal, Andorra, Ireland, Mexico, Chile, Costa Rica and The United States of America, managing a total of 19 concessions of rail transportation.

Globalvia has, as main strategic goal, the creation of value for its stakeholders through the management of their assets, with the purpose of being a market reference of management of infrastructures. Its main social object is the development and operation of infrastructures.

Globalvia’s vision is to become a worldwide reference company for its efficiency in the area of infrastructures of transport concessions management (specially, roads and rails), thanks to a selective growth policy and strategic divestments to reach the desired value by the stockholders.
